Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tradorian (the "Service"), operated by Hervis Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Educational use only

Tradorian is an educational tool. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or other financial instrument. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or tax professional. Paper trades and simulated portfolios are not real trades and do not reflect actual market execution. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make with the information presented in the Service.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Billing & trials

The Service offers a free trial period (currently 7 days). After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through the in-app billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract bulk data from the Service except as allowed by these Terms; (b) use the Service to harass, defame, or harm anyone; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the Service's infrastructure; (d) use the Service to violate any applicable law.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the trading drills, journal entries, paper trades, and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not sell your personal data. 7. Intellectual property

The Service — including the curriculum, drill content, software, design, and "Tradorian" name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Market data shown in the Service comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. We will use reasonable efforts to give you notice before doing so unless an emergency or legal requirement makes that impossible.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
