Educational only

Everything you see in Tradorian — lessons, drills, paper trades, AI coach commentary, journal feedback — is for educational purposes. It is general information about how markets and trading mechanics work. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or other financial instrument, and it is not tailored to your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, tax status, or investment objectives.

Simulated trades are not real trades

Paper-trading positions inside Tradorian are simulations. They do not represent actual orders sent to a brokerage. Real-world execution involves slippage, partial fills, latency, broker rejection, and tax consequences that the simulator does not fully model. Paper-trading P&L does not predict real-trading P&L.

Market data is third-party and may be delayed

Quotes and charts come from independent vendors (Twelve Data, Yahoo Finance, Coinbase, and others). Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable. The Service surfaces a freshness indicator on quotes, but you should not rely on it for execution timing or any real-money decision.

Past performance is not predictive

Any backtests, replay drills, win-rate stats, equity curves, or trader-quality scores generated inside the Service describe historical or simulated outcomes only. They are not a forecast and do not guarantee future results.

You are responsible

You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make and for verifying any information presented in the Service against authoritative sources (e.g., your broker, the SEC's EDGAR system, a licensed CPA or attorney). Before risking real capital, consult a licensed financial professional and read your broker's risk disclosures.

Forward-looking statements

The Service may include forward-looking or hypothetical statements about markets, strategies, or outcomes. These are illustrative only and involve risks and uncertainties. Actual results may differ materially.
